Aquatech
Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation

Course participation is limited to a certain number of students. Once you take up a place you are expected to show up.

If you need to postpone your training and can do so by written notice (email: info@aquatechservices.com.au) at least 48 hours before the course is due to start, you will be given a credit voucher to attend another course within 90 days of the original.

If you do not give at least 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, no refund will be given irrespective of the reason.

2. Lateness

You are required to show up to training 15 minutes before the start time.

If you fail to show up by the start time, you will not be allowed to participate in the training and no refund will be given irrespective of the reason. This is designed as a courtesy to all students and to ensure that training is completed in a timely manner.

If students are unable or unwilling to commit to arrive at a given time, Aquatech advises them to choose another training organisation which is less concerned about running training courses within a specific timeframe.

3. Dress code

All students must dress in an appropriate manner for the performance of physical tasks in a classroom environment. Appropriateness is ultimately at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Student behaviour

Aquatech courses are a workplace which requires students to act in a sober and respectful way towards each other and the instructor. This includes the use of mobile phones and devices during class which is not acceptable. Should any student disrupt the training in the discretion of the instructor, that student will be required to leave the course and no refund will be given.

5. Certification

  • Will be emailed within 48 hours of successful completion of the course provided always that the student has paid for the course and registered correctly including their legal name and USI.
  • If payment has not been made within 7 days of the date of training, Aquatech will notify the student of such and require payment within the next 7 days.
  • If payment has not been made within 14 days of the training, Aquatech will notify the student that they have been removed from the database and will not be certified.
  • If the student has not registered correctly, Aquatech will notify the student of such and require rectification of the issue within 7 days of the notice being given.
  • If correct registration has not been made within that 7 day period, Aquatech will notify the student that they have been removed from the database and will not be certified. No refund will be given.

6. Grievance procedures

Any complaint should first be sent in writing to info@aquatechservices.com.au

This ensures the nature of the complaint has been made known to Aquatech and it can be investigated properly within the organisation.

If a student is then unsatisfied with the response, they may contact PADI RTO #6729 (rto@padi.com.au) who deal with all complaints against PADI RTO instructors.
